realspace is built by SAIGON Technologies, a small Prague engineering team. The pipeline runs on our own GPUs in the EU; the viewer is open-source; the export formats are open standards. If we shut down tomorrow, every tour you’ve made is still yours to host.

Common questions
Things agents ask before the first tour.
What phone do I need?
Any iPhone 11 or newer, or any Android made after late 2021 with a 1080p camera. The capture PWA opens in Safari and Chrome. No app store install.
How long does a 3+kk apartment take?
Capture is ~90 seconds per room (so 3–5 minutes for a full apartment). Processing is 5–15 minutes depending on which quality tier you pick. From "video uploaded" to "embed code in your inbox" is usually under 15 minutes total.
Where does the data live?
On SAIGON-owned servers in the EU (Germany and Czech Republic). Source video is deleted 7 days after processing. The processed tour and floor plan are kept for as long as your account is active and downloadable any time.
Does it work on Sreality?
Yes — the embed is a standard iframe and the major Czech portals accept them. We test against Sreality, Bezrealitky, and RealCity every release. If a portal blocks iframes for a particular listing, we provide a hosted viewer URL you can link from anywhere.
What about dark rooms and white walls?
Reconstructions work best in well-lit rooms with some texture (rugs, books, furniture). The capture PWA warns you live if a room is too dark or if you’re moving too fast. Pure-white empty rooms are the hardest case — we recommend leaving the staging in.
Can buyers view on phones?
Yes — the viewer is WebGL/WebGPU and tuned for mobile Safari and Chrome. 60fps on iPhone 13+, smooth navigation on most 2022+ Android devices. No app install for buyers either.
Do you support multi-floor properties?
Single-floor only in the current release. Multi-floor stitching is on the roadmap for late 2026.
Is there a Czech version of the UI?
Yes — the capture PWA and the agent dashboard are Czech-first with an English toggle. The viewer is language-agnostic (it’s a 3D space). Support is available in Czech and English.
